Cynara Greek Salad with Feta
what you need
- 1 Jar of Cynara Marinated Artichokes (14.75 oz)
- 1 Small package of feta cheese (cubed)
- ½ Cup of Kalamata olives
- 2/3 Cup of cherry tomatoes
- ½ Teaspoon Oregano to taste
how to make it
Cut and halve the cherry tomatoes, olives, and feta cubes.
Mixed these in a bowl. Add in the Cynara Marinated Artichokes and toss. Be sure to use the oil from the jar to dress the salad to taste. Add oregano and toss. Serve and enjoy!
