En un olla pon a calentar el caldo vegetal y, cuando arranque a hervir, añade la col kale troceada, la cebolla, la patata y un diente de ajo. Deja cocer el conjunto unos 12 minutos, y cuando queden unos 5 minutos de cocción añade los corazones de alcachofa Cynara y la leche vegetal (si eres omnívoro/a y no tienes intolerancia a la lactosa puedes utilizar leche de origen animal).
A continuación tritura todo añadiendo caldo vegetal si es necesario para que quede una textura cremosa y homogénea, añade el punto de sal, la nuez mosacada y la pizca de cayena.
En una sartén con un poquito de aceite caliente, fríe el pan en rodajas. Presenta la crema de kale y alcachofas en un plato hondo, y con una rebanada de pan frito.
