Primero, corta la cebolla a Juliana y saltearla hasta pocharla. Añade las setas a tiras y saltéalas durante 3-4 minutos.
Tras ese tiempo, incorporamos el seitán cortado a cuadraditos o a tiras , según el gusto. También añadimos la zanahoria a tiras que, además de sabor, añadirá un bonito color al plato.
Y ahora, ¡la alcachofa! Corta los corazones en mitades y añádela al salteado hasta que esté dorada.
Para finalizar el plato, incorpora una poquito de sofrito de tomate para que el salteado quede suelto.
Y ya puedes emplatar y acabar el plato con unas semilllas de sesame por encima del salteado.
