In the Steamed range, the halves give you bigger pieces on the plate than the quarters. They are artichokes cooked in steam so you can enjoy the natural flavor and benefits of fresh artichokes all year round. This is the 160 g tray.
Artichoke and nothing else: 100% artichoke, halved and pasteurized. Store it refrigerated, between 0 and 4°C, away from light sources.
They are ready to eat, so add them to your favorite recipes. Halves hold their shape well in a warm salad or a creamy sauce, and they look good on a plate beside a simple protein.

If you prefer to disperse the artichoke through a dish, the quartered cut does that better. Halves are for when you want each piece to be visible and to have a bite of its own.
One 160 g tray is a comfortable amount for a dish of four portions when the artichoke is a supporting ingredient. Combine it with beans, rice, mushrooms, cream or white meat, and add it near the end of cooking so the pieces keep their texture. Keep the unused tray in the refrigerator, between 0 and 4°C.
At a table with guests, one 160 g tray adds artichoke to a main course without taking over, and it leaves you free to cook everything else calmly.
Each tray opens in a moment and the halves go straight into the stew, the rice or the baking dish.
