Within the Seasoned range, the marinated artichokes are the ones that adapt to almost anything on the table. This 460 ml jar holds 415 g net and 250 g of drained artichoke: enough for a large salad, a tray bake or a spread of tapas.
Artichoke halves and quarters, water, canola oil, vinegar, salt, garlic, spices (mustard), acidifier: citric acid and antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Unlike the grilled jar, this recipe includes water, and mustard appears among the spices.
The seasoning is already in the oil, so it works cold on a plate of cheese and cured meats, chopped into pasta, folded through scrambled eggs or piled into a baguette. Whatever you do, the artichokes keep the garlic and spice character of the marinade.

This is a retail format, packed 6 jars to a case. A case weighs 4.48 kg gross, and each pallet carries 228 cases for 958 kg. It sits in the middle of the marinated sizes, between the small appetizer jar and the one-kilo jar, so it suits shops that want a family-size choice on the shelf without going to catering volumes.
These artichokes are harvested and cooked with care, then packed and left to marinate in their own spiced oil. In practice that means the jar is ready to use: drain it, keep a spoonful of the oil if you like to dress things with it, and take the artichokes to the pan, the bowl or the plate.
Choose it for plates where the artichoke has to share the stage with eggs, cheese, legumes or cured meats; the marinade stands up to all of them.
