What do we have for dinner today?

At Cynara we care about you and offer you some ideal recipes for dinner. They must be not very forceful and it is advisable to carry them out at least two hours before bedtime, to avoid bad digestion.

Eat healthy and fair. It is not a matter of filling yourself up to bursting or staying hungry and avoid eating anything. Choose homemade dishes instead of precooked foods that are high in bad cholesterol, hydrogenated fats that accumulate in areas of the body that are difficult to eliminate and usually contain added sugars and artificial colors, which are not good for the body.

Choose Cynara as the basis for the preparation of your dishes because they maintain all the beneficial properties of artichokes and take advantage of a wide range of culinary possibilities. Here are some recipes for 2 to 3 people :


Cynara artichokes au gratin
Ingredients
• 1 can of Large Cynara Artichoke Hearts
• 50 g of very minced ham
• Grated mozzarella
• Ground parsley and garlic

Preparation

Drain the artichoke hearts and place them heart side up on a cookie sheet. Fill them with the ham, sprinkle with cheese and season with a touch of garlic and parsley. Put it in the oven at about 180ºC or in the microwave at maximum power and let the cheese gratin. Serve with grilled eggs.


Cold artichoke soup

Ingredients
• 2 cans of Chopped Cynara Artichoke Hearts
• 2 potatoes
• 1 leek
• 1 onion
• 1.5 liters of chicken or vegetable broth
• A few drops of lemon
• Butter
• Sliced ​​ham or strips
• Salt
• Pepper

Preparation
In a buttered casserole, fry the julienned onion and the diced leek and potatoes. Give it a couple of turns and adds pot hearts of artichokes well drained. Cover with the broth and lemon and cook about 20 minutes.
Set aside a little of the cooking water. Mix everything well and add more broth to achieve the right consistency. Pass it through the Chinese and then through the mixer. Season with salt and pepper and let cool in the fridge. On kitchen paper, place the ham in the microwave for 1 minute until crisp and sprinkle when serving.
